Rajwadi Holidays provides travel planning, booking, and consultation services for international destinations. Our services include:
- Customized travel itinerary planning and design
- Hotel, flight, and transportation bookings
- Travel consultation and destination recommendations
- Travel documentation assistance
- 24/7 travel support during your journey
We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.). We are not responsible for the services provided by these third parties.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive full payment or the required deposit and issue a confirmation document. Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
3.2 Payment
Payment terms vary by service and will be communicated at the time of booking:
- Deposits are typically required to secure bookings
- Final payment is usually due 30-45 days before travel
- Late payments may result in booking cancellation
- All prices are in the currency specified at the time of booking
3.3 Price Changes
Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or changes by service providers. We will notify you of any significant price changes before finalizing your booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by You
Cancellation policies vary by service provider and booking type. Generally:
- Cancellations made 60+ days before travel: Full refund minus processing fees (if applicable)
- Cancellations made 30-59 days before travel: 50% refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before travel: No refund (unless covered by travel insurance)
- Some bookings may be non-refundable as specified at the time of booking
4.2 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.
4.3 Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14-30 business days to the original payment method. Processing fees and non-refundable deposits may be deducted as per the cancellation policy.
5. Travel Documents and Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have:
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel
- Required visas for your destination(s)
- Travel insurance (highly recommended)
- Any required vaccinations or health certificates
- Proof of onward/return travel when required
We can provide guidance on documentation requirements, but you are ultimately responsible for compliance with all travel regulations. We are not liable for denied entry or travel disruptions due to missing or invalid documents.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel delays. We can provide information about insurance options, but you are responsible for purchasing and understanding your insurance coverage. We are not liable for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rajwadi Holidays acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.)
- Loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during travel
- Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or other service providers
- Natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events
- Personal injury, illness, or death during travel
- Loss of personal belongings or valuables
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your destination
- Respect local customs, cultures, and environments
- Behave responsibly and respectfully during your travels
- Notify us immediately of any issues or concerns during your trip
- Pay all amounts due in a timely manner
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rajwadi Holidays or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
10. Privacy

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
